im wondering if.this white spot on his body heater burn? will. it. heal itself. i.do notice they like to stay.near.heater

Yes it will heal over time with good clean water. You might want to try and find another spot for your heater though to stop them from getting more heater burns.

Pickup a heater guard, or place heater in sump if you have one.
