I'm upgrading to a 150 from a 55. What heater(s) would you guys recommend for this set up? Would you guys recommend 1 or 2 heaters?

Thanks

I use a 400 watt Hydor Theo in my 150g tank. I like how it heats the tank gradually so it does not burn out. It turns on, heats, waits and checks how it affected the water, then heats and checks again. Its been very good at maintaining exact temperature. It even has numbers on the dial so you don't accidentally turn it up too high. You know what its set to before you ever turn it on. It does not just run run run like the little generic 100 watt heater in my 26g that has no dial markings, and heats the tank too high then wants till its a few degrees below before kicking back on to run for 20-45 mins again.

400 Watts on a 150g is good. Just make sure its quality or it will burn out fast, and possibly shock you if fully submerged.
