F F1 VET THE serrasalmus rhom MFK Member Nov 3, 2011 6,580 32 0 INDY Mar 4, 2012 #3 U need a thermo to know temp, set dial in the middle should level out at 74-76° after that turn up 1/8 of a turn so it will be 76-80° JUST KEEP AN EYE ON THE THERMO FOR A FEW DAYS. SHOULD STABILIZE. hope that helps

Most important part, my 1st tank i was so excited i just plugged it in and it turned into a pipe bomb :/ Ouch
