Heater Help

After doing my water change yesterday, i noticed that when my heater turns on (aqueon 10 Watt) one of the coils glows a little bit.

Is this ok? i just got the heater new 2 months ago.... none of my other heaters have done this

I know there is a light on it to tell when it is on, i am just wondering about the bottom part. It still heats fine, it has been working all night and kept the tank at a stable temp. I just want to know if this is something to be alarmed by.

that should be fine, that is what heaters do sometimes. I don't see a problem with it, but we'll see what the consensus is.
