Heater quesion

Will a 100 watt heater heat my 55g tank enought. I orderd the wrong heater.

It would probably do it fine. Is the tank in a cold place or warmer place? Basement?

It will if you live in phoenix. Obviously it depends on the ambient temps in your house

As long as the tank isn't in a cold room then 2W per gallon usually is fine

I like in ky lol. The tank is in my living room we keep the house cool the tank is 10 ft or so from the air

That's a small tank, you should be fine if you have a top on the tank. Most of the heat loss is through the top.
