somewhere close to you...
I have a 240 gallon tank, I currently have a 300 watt heater and an unknown heater as well its black made by tetra? either way I try and keep the water at 82-84 degrees...

I was going to replace the Unknown heater with a Eheim Jager 200watt heater....Not sure if I should make this move...? But the price of the heater is too good to pass up...?

Any advice?

thats' really up to you. if both heaters are working fine then no need to replace but if the price is that good and you have money so spare then doesn't hurt to get an extra one.
you can put all 3 heaters in if you want, or replace the one that you don't trust as much. really your call.

i got a 240 gallon tank too 8'x2'x2' and im running 3 jebo 300 watt heaters, gonna upgrade to some expensive heaters so then i will run 2 300 watt heaters. the jebo ones break on me when my tank gets ich or when i need the heat! its so ***

I just got a new Eheim Jåger 300w for my 210 and I never see it on. Seriously. It is an awesome heater! I would expect 2-200w to be more than enough. Just make sure there is adequate cicrculation and you will not need a lot of heater.
I once heated a 50g with a 50w. I aimed a powerhead at it and it stayed on all the time but it worked...point is, water circulation is key to heater performance. You can get by with a smaller-than-recommended heater just by properly circulating the water around it.
Just my 2¢.
