Heater Recommendatiom

I'm replacing two in-line 300W heaters and going back to an in tank heater. They will plug into a Ranco controller. What is a good heater to go with?

Eheim Jager heaters. Fully submersible, shatterproof, auto-shutoff if removed from water, can be calibrated, afffordable, dependable. I have gone through a lot of crappy heaters until I found these.

You may consider titanium since you've got the ranco anyway. I use the jager as well though, 250x2.

Jager's are the only heater I'd truly recommend. Avoid Fluval, love them for other stuff but I found their E series heater to be very disappointing on more than one model, if that's one of the ones considered

I have Rheims, Visi-Therms and Aqueons. I am more partial to the Visi-Therms but I Aqueons have been a little more reliable.

My favorite are titanium heaters and Aqueon pro heaters. I also have some jagers.
