Heaters for XXl tanks

Looking for reliable heaters for aquariums from 476 to 700 gallons in size..
Which brands are the most reliable , energy efficient 500 watts and over?
Anyone have a solar panel heater hook up?

I would think 3 300 watts would do the trick. Not sure which brands are best. I have never purchased one that size.

i use two 300 watts in my 450 but i keep the room around 80.i use rena heaters.

I've been using Schego for the last 6 years, both marine and fresh water. I have no problem with them so far, well at least up until now. The tanks I use these heater are 180G, 150G and 500G. Purchased these from www.seame.com

I used 3 400 watt heaters to heat my 585 gallon tank when it was running and with sump volume it was real close to 700 gallons. and 1200 watts did a great job.

Whichever heaters you use I recommend using this controller...Mine is controlling 2 x 250w on approx 300gallons.

it will activate both (all) the heaters at once and save you electricity and make for longer heater life span...
