Im having a 96x32x30 built in my house in 2 weeks and was just wondering about heating will 2x 300w heaters be enough. If not what could you recommend btw im in the UK.

I would recommend using a sump, and then you will need less heaters to heat the water since you will just need to heat the sump...

No, 600 watts is not enough, I would shoot for about 1200 watts.

It just depends on how warm your room is. I use a 250w in my 220g and it is a huge overkill, never kicks on. But then again my room is like 80f all year round cause all the tanks.

Are you using canister filters? If so, how many? You could do a Hydor ETH300 on each of the canister outputs. I'm planning on a 300G Wide, and having 2 canister filters with a water pump. So I'll have 2 Hydors on my canisters, and one on the water pump with my CO2 reactor for the planted tank.

That's crazy talk. :nilly:

Use this calculator to determine your wattage needed.
