Heating for Hogg Island Boas

Okay guys, I am getting all kind of mixed reviews and would really like some info as quick as possible because I need to order this heater TONIGHT. My question is, are Under the tank heating pads okay for plastic snake enclosures like boaphiles or herpcages? Some of the manufacturers have a disclaimer saying for glass use only, but if that is the case, what should I use for belly heat?

Also, what brand heater do you guys like best? Was gonna go with a Zoo Med, but am worried about the short lifespan.

And also...thermostats? Brand? How difficult are they to use, I am not very equipment savvy.

With a Herptek no problem whatsoever. I imagine the same with Boaphile.

Buy a good thermostat, in any case, like Habistat.

In the us check Bob's products. All very good. He is the guy who produces Provent a Mite. Google it. I think it is called Pro-Products.
