heating required for 1350l

They say 2-5watts a gallon. So, 360gal x 2wpg=720w/200watts= 4-200w heaters, 2-400w, or 1-800w.
That being said, it is more realistic to size it at 1000w but without the ambient temperature differential who really knows excatly without some trial and error.
It is easier if you just go big. The heater will come on less often, and stay on less, than a smaller, although similar designed heater.
It is important that a heater have proper circulation so an inline heater is going to be more efficient than a standard heater. Also, a heater with a separate temperature probe tends to be more efficient as it will get a more accurate temp reading.

I have heated 55g aquariums with 50w heater before, but the heater stayed on all the time and it was directly in the current of the filter return flow. My current 210 gets a 300w heater in the sump and the heater is placed directly next to the return pump inlet. It tends to stay on longer than i think it should so I should probably get a bigger heater also....
Good luck.
