Heating Water for Waterchange

What would be a relatively quick way to heat a 32 gallon brute trashcan of mixed saltwater? I maintain the tanks of several people, and when I mix saltwater, the RO from my jugs is often colder than the water in the tank. It takes a long time to heat the water with an aquarium heater, and there are times when I am awkwardly waiting around for fear of shocking the fish with cold water. This is especially a problem in winter months.

I've used the oscillating space heater in my reptile room to heat 5 gal buckets of water up pretty quickly. Although for that amount of water you might want to look into something like this? http://www.tractorsupply.com/allied-precision-bucket-heater-1000-w-2170534
