Heating?

How would I heat 600 gals in a room thats roughly 60-65F

Either a lot of heaters in your sump, or a spa heater. You can also use a small (home) water heater if space isn't an issue.

You could also forgo heating the water and keep it as a cold water species tank. I had thought of something similar with rainbow trout.

Run a coil of copper into your sump that pumps hotwater thought it constantly. My buddy does this for his fish room works great!

Raise the room tempeture it will save on energy consumption.

agree with birchir4life, eletric heater will cost you mucho in electrical bill to keep 600 , 15 degree above room temp
