i posted this the other day i got the egg crate and a piece of stainless and its in and holding fine...i keep getting mixed reviews on the concrete statue...is it safe or not..will my arows die due to poisoning
the lime in concrete will leach out and cause the pH to rise, although the affect will differ depending on the concrete:water ratio. It will probably leach fast though at a tropical temp. set up. You could epoxy coat the statue though.
