Heckelii acting weird

My fish is twitching Like he is trying to get something off him and darting in the sand. Amm is 0 nitrite 0. Everything is ok. I don't see any white spots he is eating and swimming all over should I be worried

Any update on the condition? I have 3 and never seen them do that but that doesnt mean its necessarily abnormal
