this really really getting worst the fish now dieing don't eat anything and her activity is low

i did a 50% water change and i add some absum salt what else should i do to save the fish plzzz heelp

Looks like pretty bad ammonia burn to me...just keep waterchanging and you can try something like melafix or pimafix to heal the skin back. Def. Due to dirty water.

She could yes. Just keep the water clean and get a new test kit because you HAVE to have ammonia in your water

Hate to say but from what I have read from your previous posts I would have say my best advice would be is to pack it in and try a different hobby. Fish keeping isn't for you!! You don't seem to grasp the hobby or take the advice given to you.
