just picked up a 3 foot helios light and ballast for 20 one side is fryed i opened up the ballast and can see its fryed so only 2 out of the 4 lights work. has anyone got one of those ballast from the hardware store and some how wired it up that way? or should i just not even go through the trouble and use the one side only?
