Hi everyone ,

Glad to be here at MFK forum . just wanted to share my aquarium and find a great place to discuss and share all things fish . right now i have a 55 gallon with a single male red devil or (Midevil) to be the most accurate . His name is Ralphie after Ralphie from a christmas story lol. he is about 7.5 -8 inches can't really tell for sure but i know he is about that . i have had him since Black Friday of this year . He is real aggressive an loves to interact with not just me but everyone that come's thru his area . he is already a glass banger and loves food ! Feeding him exclusively NLS Thera+a 3mm at the moment and still trying to get him to eat earthworms as a occasional treat . no luck so far on that . i have a couple of videos of him on my youtube channel I will link . Also i have a brand new 135 gallon for him to be in as soon as i can get a stand and a few extra things for it . http://www.youtube.com/user/cichlids209 hope you enjoy .. also let me know what you think ideas, suggestions comments thanks .

Welcome cichlids. Ralphie looks beautiful. I'm not one for having the truly aggressive types, but I definitely have some appreciation for the people who can pull it off. He seems like quite the character. Keep up the good work and hopefully see you around. :)

thanks Patrick , yea he is a goof and a grump but its fun to watch and interact with.

thank you both, his coloring was the reason i bought him vs a barred midas and a bigger all orange one . I thought he looked great with the creamsicle colors. the videos also kind of wash out the colors they are more intense and vibrant in person.
