Moving.......
hello im a young fish hobbiest who likes natives rather then your average goldfish, i have now in my collection about a 1 and three fourth inch bluegill and about a 4 inch white suckerfish, i was wondering if this small regular 10g is maxed out because i would like to get some more fish (like baby pike or bowfin) to put in there until i have enough money for a bigger tank or even our future pond. so thanks for any info i just wanna have the fish the least stressed if possible;)

bluegills ganna need all that space and more as it grows.

i know but i was just wondering for a short period of time like maybe mx 3 months if i could have some more fish in there

Just dont put any more fish in that tank till you GOT an actual large tank.

you might be able if the bluegill isnt too agressive because they can be killers o.o mine killed a 4" barb when it was 2.5"

Either way, welcome to MFK!! As you can see you will find the answers to most all of your aquatic questions here! Some really good people with great advice. Even just browsing around you will learn something new each day.

also what should i feed my bluegill he hasnt grown in 3 months i give him a load of tetra goldfish flakes and he gorges himself but doesnt grow

He's gonna need a little more protein than that. Also, excellent water quality. So that means more frequent water changes. Try feeding him some earthworms, or tropical flake or granules. Little guy's like this can grow fast though, I wouldn't add anymore fish until you get a bigger tank. You Should also upgrade sooner rather than later. Both species you listed can get pretty big, so something on the line of a 55 or bigger would be your best bet.

the best food for north American sunfish species is market shrimp and cichlid pellets

I also like frozen bloodworms, or some kinda frozen crustacean, like mysis or krill.
