Under the moon
I was wondering what interesting fish I could house in a 60 gallon for life. So far it's an empty tank, I'll get hiding spots and plants later. I would like a really small species, so I could have a community of them without space being a problem in a 60 for life. Thanks!

There are tons of smaller species out there you could go with South American dwarfs.....heres a link to a site that would give them all: http://cichlidforum.com/profiles/category.php?cat=30, you could also do dwarf acaras of angels, festivums, a colony of african shell dwellers, pelvichromis species which is a species of african riverine dwarfs fairly similar to s.a dwarfs..

Amphilophus Lyonsi. Do a google image search and you'll fall in love with them. You could probably fit a pair in a 55. They get to about 6-7 inches so they remain relatively small. Central American. Cool fish. I definitely want some.
