Blessings upon you MFK members,
its a honor for me to be a new member amoung many legendary fish keepers!
I am a happy owner of a Megaloras rapahel catfish and some clown loches from Norh of Sweden!.
I am a cigar smoking 33 years old dude that loves freshwater fishes! I own a 180 gallon tank and upgrading to a 950 plywood tank!
I found peace in my freshwater fish tank and got huge love for Catfishes that grows up to 80 CM+.
Thank you guys for having me here it is my pleasure and my privilidge to be a member of MFK!

Welcome to MFK!

Please post pics of your 180 when you get a chance.

Any idea when you plan to build the 950?

Welcome and I would love to see a picture of your Raphael.
Thank you my friend, i got my Megalodras Irwini 4 months ago, he was around 13 CM, and he is still same size which worries me alot.
i never get the chanse to see him, i have tried to give IT some shimps, i dont even know if he eats it or other fishes doas. sometimes i get worried that he might have died, so i turn things upside down to see if it still lives.
and It got like hair strings, but it slime of some kind, it looks like spider web of some sort.
i bough 1,5 kilo Blue salt that claim to have alovera and treats and cures sickness, and the water turns Blue for few days.
so i thought about to build a bigger tank and see if It gets happier with my Plecostomus hypostomus, Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps and Chromobotia macracanthus.

She dont like my ideas, i mean what can she do? stabb me meanwile i am asleep so i use to tell her: none of your buisness woman, my damn hobby =)!
