I am a local New Mexico native. Putting together a aqua ponics system. I would like to grow trout. I need to keep my water under 70 degrees. Any suggestions on how to do this on a budget?

If your pond/system is outside make sure it's in the most shaded place on your land. Paint the inside white/blue and avoid blacks as much as possible.
In NM, you might be better off figuring out how to keep it in some kid of sealed insulated shelter with an AC unit. Or build a water coil inside a second had refrigerator and pump your water through that.
