I am a new member to this wonderful site. Leme quickly introduce my pets and their home.
I have 1 Giant Gourami of 7" and 11 Blood Parrots from 3 inches to 8 nches in size (I just introduced a pair of 8" Blood parrots today), 4 Tinfoil Barbs, 2 Red Kadango and 1 Sucker Cat. They are all in a 4 inch tall corner tank with 60 inches depth and 3 inches on either sides, containing 800 literes (212 gallons) of water.
3 of my Red parrots are turned white, not sure if this is due to the tension they are having. Yes tension is caused by my family's favourite Giant Gourami. This guy was quite earlier, but now a days he is growing very aggressive not allowing any other fishes to eat and at times he kisses Parrots (not too sure if his kiss really hurts Parrots).
And he becomes more aggressive while the parrots go to have their floating food, I am thinking to feed sinking food for them now (any suggestions on best sinking food), Is there a way to keep my Gourami quiet from being aggressive to his tankmates, if not is it something that i need not worry to much about?
