hi everybody,
i just found this site and was very interested in this community, so i decided to register...
about me:
i'm from brühl (near cologne) in germany, 24 years old, and in this moment i'm trying to remember some of the english i learned in school...
so please talk too fast, speak loud and clear, and excuse my bad english
about my tank:
i own a 756l (what should be about 170 gallons in "your" thinking... am i right?) tank, actually with 6 young piranhas (about 4months), 2 oscars (about 1/2 year) and some other fish, like... uh... i just saw the difference between german and english names of the fishes... ok... i try those names:
2 Glyptoperichthys gibbiceps (one about 15cm and one about just 8cm)
1 Achtbindenbuntbarsch... i think you call him Jack Dempsey?
2 Thorichthys meeki (how do you call them?)
plus some small stuff like Procambarus alleni (Blauer Floridahummer in german), some smaller plecos and so on.
i had a bigger Glyptoperichthys gibbiceps (about 35cm), which i gave away because he was very aggressive.
i hope my fishes grow up fast
here are some pics:
i hope you like them, although they aren't all up to date. the last 3 are from this week.
so, i think there's not much more to say... only "merry christmas" from germany
if you have any questions, just ask
