hi, im pretty new to fish keeping. i had a tank a while ago and it didn't work out well, but i decided to try again. i love the hobby, and have really became attached to my 'little' guy, a tiger oscar about 6 1/2 in, and a yellow snail. at the moment he/she is in a 25 gal since i was informed at the LFS he would do fine it it. im working on getting a 75 gal together.

welcome to the forum,just to let you know you will need that 75 gallon sooner than you think,and i would work on better filtration for the 75,but that is a very nice fish and good luck this time,plenty of knowledge on this forum so you should be fine,just ask questions

thankyou everyone for the welcoming!the quantity and the quality of the site is so helpful. im planning on a diy dry/wet sump for the 75gal.
