Hello everyone,
My name is Paul and I am a 29yr old male who started taking care of fish professionally at the age of 19 or so. When i hit my early to mid twenties I got out of the hobby to pursue other interests. About a month ago I got the itch again and will be setting up a 125g freshwater amazon tank where i will house a Motoro Stingray, and a handful of the following:
Blue Ram
Golden/Green Severum
Discus ( Colors Undecided )
Congo Tetra.
My setup is a side drilled tank with a 30 gallon sump. I am going to be building the stand over the next couple of days from scratch and will then be working on the plumbing, I hope to update this thread with pictures of my progress which i will leave open to constructive criticism and the like. It's a labor of love and I look forward to becoming a part of the community. I have used this site for some time now as just a guest, and have found a wealth of awesome information without ever even having to post. I'm sure I will have tons of questions as I find my way back into the hobby from such a long Hiatus, but I have a battle plan for sure and can answer any questions you guys may have for me.
It's nice to meet all of you! Cheers!
