Good day folks!

Long time lurker, first time posting here, its been a while, and never had the chance to post here...

i used to own a couple of red and silver arowanas, from 4 inches to a meazly 24 being the biggest. this was back in the day in the philippines, and prefer not to 'endorse' it here in the US. owned a couple of tanks, even ended up building some back then, and still love the hobby.

As the title suggest, currently residing in the quaint city of San Jose.

Been a while, but plan to build an aquarium once again. HOpe to linger longer... :D

i knew it. :D

anyways, hope the free bump gets you some...

id love to help friend, but times aint too good on my end. thats why i end up admiring other peoples tanks... :D

its been a while, and i actually wanted to go the whole nano route, and see if i can do the challenge.

forgot to mention, i prefer mostly freshwater fish, mostly oscars, and well, the arowana. as much as id like to, i cant get a arowana in a 20-35 gal tank to live properly even if i wanted to...

thanks, i can end up spammin a whole lot, but i mod another website, and quality always beats quantity in regards to postings... ;)

anyways, im still reading up on arowanas, and still wonder why its still illegal here.

ive read the sticky. gotcha!

oh, quick question tho, what happens when you DO end up owning one? fines?

only asian arowanas are illegal still plenty you can buy silvers jardinis..

thanks for the heads up! its been a while, been trying to catch up on stuff.

ironically, im going to end up looking for a nanotank, was going to go against everything ive learned from a 110 gal tank, and going ubersmall with the fluval edge 6 gal...

another thing is, im planning to go tetras... man! what is wrong with me! aro's to tetras... *sigh*

planted tanks are complicated man.
