Hello MFK - Charlie from southern Miami-Dade County, FL.
I've poked around here off/on for awhile and thought I'd finally post.
Well, I have a cement pond the previous owner / contractor installed and now have the pleasure of fixing it correctly - one day.
It's a work in progress. Aprox 3,000 G and feed from my well - no other filtration, but does have a circulation pump running full time. Pond temp is a constant 75 - 76 deg F year round. I tore down the leaking coral rock wannabe water fall, which was not installed correct at all. I plan to rebuild this one day. Pond is stocked w/a mix of African & South/Centarl Am. cichlids (I know), tetras, loaches, numerous species of barbs, gourami's, bala sharks, rainbow sharks, pleco's, haustrum snails, and some I'm sure I missed.
I'd post some pic's - soon as I figure out how. Any suggestions???

, and I was thinking I'd need a min. post count inorder to attach pics. I'd like to post pics of my pond restoration & waterfall build once I get to it. The wet season is about to start here in S. FL so this may put a damper on my plans.
