what is your budget and what type of photography besides aquatic photography will you be doing?

-General use.
-Social occasions.
-Hiking, kayaking and outdoor activities ( Yes I have special water protection gear to hold a camera)
Was hoping to not spend more then $400. For what I've seen it looks this would be enough to buy a decent point and shoot type camera. Most of the models I've looked at have been in the $200 range so far.
