Hello, I have been a cichlid keeper for 22 years. I have kept new world cichlids in the past and now i keep african cichlids. While most of these fish i would not call "monster fish" the frontosa i keep can reach 12-16 inches as adults, thats pretty respectable for a cichlid. I also have varios Haps and Peacocks. I have also began breeding several of my fish and have too many fry now LOL.

135 gallon 6 foot tank
75 gallon standard
72 gallon bow front
70 gallon tall
30 gallon fry tank
10 gallon fry tank
I hope to soon get a second 6 foot tank in the next year or two.
