I'm back to the hobby with a passion after several years on hiatus. Just acquired my ninth tank yesterday, though it was from the side of the road, so tonight's the leak test.
I drove 3 hours to attend the PVAS/All-Aquarium Catfish Convention auction this past Sunday, which has just fanned the flames even more! If I had a pick-up truck, boyyyy would I have been in trouble... a 75 gallon for $60? Yes please!
The only fish I have that would be considered "monster" would be my beloved 8 year old Jack Dempsey (and his wife, who's fairly new), but I adore big fish and love seeing some of the huge set-ups y'all have.
If anyone's in the SE VA area ( I-64, Richmond to VA Beach), I'm thinking of starting up an aquarium society for folks on this side of the state... get in touch!
