can anyone help, we have a green terror (male?) has just recently stopped eating as he was and looks down in the dumps? Any suggestions....... still has his colour seems to stay in the same place for long periods but not appearing territorial.

Hello! and welcome to MFK! Please tell us a brief breakdown of the tank size, filter or filters, tank mates. How long has the tank been set up? How long has this been going on? Do you know the water parameters? What do you feed your GT? The more information you have, the more we may be able to help. The people on this site are fantastic.

RonBurgundy said we need all the info and also how often you do water changes and the kind of water ...well water etc... to help... also need to know tank mates to see if it could be stress.....have you added any new fish...could he have eaten something .... and what you have been feeding him... let us know and the answers will flow...nice to meet you ...

hi ron & liz the tank size is 85 gal water changes every two weeks 25%, tanks mates,two oscars 1 convict 1 acara 1 severum 5 silver dollars 3 plecs 1 flagtail. Running two filters one a fluval fx5 tank has been running for nearly 4 months amonia zero nitrite zero nitrates 20 the GT has been like this for a week eating on odd occasions feeding them on hikari gold and sometimes live worms and river shrimp
