Been getting fish keeping advice from here for a while and decided to finally make a profile on here! I'm Dave, 24, been keeping fish my whole life, my father and his cousin have been breeding angel fish and other freshwater fish since well before I was born. I was in the army for 4.5 years and have just recently gotten back into the hobby with 2x 55 gallon tanks, one is a 55 long and the other a 55 hex, and I'm planning on getting a 125 long tank and a 250gal within the next few months to a year. My current tank setup is 55hex: 1 large blood parrot cichlid, 5 pepper Corys, 3 turquoise rainbows and 2 dwarf rainbows that all school together and 1 lone guppy that has escaped the mouth of the parrot and started schooling with my rainbows! And in the 55long: 1 african brown knife, 1 featherfin syno, 3 yellow lab cichlids, 3 cobalt blue zebra cichlids, 1 stunted bala rescue (moving to the 125 and then the 250 eventually) and 1 6" common pleco (also moving from to the 125 then the 250) that's my setup for now, I'm always open to advice and questions, hit me up any time!
