hello guys finally got some progress but still need completion , first i want to say hello to every one on the site have seen alot of cool setups on the tube and finally said to my self " that it i have to join the site" lol, I currently 55 fw up and running with my arrow and 2 shovel nose cats sum big silver dollars ,fw spawn ,pelco ,i want more so its about that time to dp the switch ,i have a 220 tank set up that used to be salt water i got on a deal with 75 gallon sump 2 pumps,skimmer,and a few other stuff ,iv read that u could make this set up work for fw and will be actually great in clarity and keeping the water fresh , but still dont know how to build the sump correctly for fw ,any suggestion or ideas will be great

Welcome to MFK. You can find a lot of sump ideas on the site through the search button. I'm in the process of building a 55 gallon sump with a refugium for my 150 gallon mbuna tank so that I can have plant filtration, in the refugium, as the final stage of my filtration.
Head on over to the setup section and post pictures of your sump and overflows (the holes drilled in the tank).
