feed them artemia salina for start
now my fish is about 10 cm
feed them shrimp squid and chikari arowana

Welcome to MFK and to Datnoiddom...I think the Artemia is brine shrimp and I would stop using it as long as the dats are eating the other foods you have mentioned.

no eat very the pellets
and i have 1 arowana silver 35 cm and I'm afraid to let them starve to eat better the pellet

It is OK to starve them a little to get them eating more pellets. If the brand is available, I highly recommend feeding them New Life Spectrum brand carnivore pellets. You can probably buy online if not locally. Try mixing the pellets in with the shrimp so they eat both at once if you need to train them.
 
If get hungry the arowana is my big problem
and eat the datnoid
