For two days now I am having problems using the site. I post this here because I cannot get to the proper place.
I use a windows PC laptop. The normal saved favorite way I get on does work but I can do a search for the site and get on.
When on the site and logged in everything is super slow if it works at all. Can take minutes to load a thread. I seldom can open a conversation. Sometimes I just get a blank white page that lasts a long time.

One thing of interest. While I do not normally log off I di so a little while back. When I am logged off and still on the site everything works fast like normal. I can open threads quickly and go back quickly. When I log back on it gets wonky

Did you delete all the cookies in your browser?

That would be the first thing I would do then see if that helps. You may have a cookie with info the site is reading that it causing it to hang up. Normally it is not the simple solution though....

Heard of 3 people so far at the same time, don't think it's cookie related. Most of the time when you delete the cookie it just reloads like it's your first visit.

Hello; Things are a little better this last log on a few minutes ago. I logged off this morning and then logged back on minutes ago. Still somewhat slow to load up a thread.
Still cannot get on to a conversation which is showing a new message. When I try the little green stripes flow at the upper right for a minute or so then a blank white screen except for the tool bars at the top of the page.
Not clear how it is my computer since other stuff (sites) have been working. I think my browser is windows explorer edge 10 but not sure.

Do not know if this makes a difference but my email a few months ago wanted me to change my browser. I did not know much about which to change to and the email eventually changed to a basic form. Works OK that way just lost features I did not use anyway.

The problems are variable in that sometimes I cannot get on at all and when I do hardly anything works. just now I got to the log on page by using my saved favorite button. I have only tried the conversation this time and this thread. This thread I could open but not the conversation.

I guess if one of you can pass this information to a tech that may be of help. Thanks

I've beenhaving similar issues as well.

You could install a different browser, or use the old one to see if it works like normal. Then you will know it is browser.

Hello; I tried to post a few minutes ago and so far that post has not shown up. That would have been about 2: 50 PM my time this post will an attempt a little after 3:00 PM.

When I hit "new Posts" I wind up at another blank page. I can use the back feature to get back to here. So I have tried two new posts since the initial one this morning.
