Hi! I am totally new to, not just aquatic photography, but photography itself. Had a Fujiflim 1.3m digicam in 99, played with it for a few weeks and gave it away to my cousins. Never had any cam until recently after seeing so much beauty of fishes can be captured on pics.
I did some homework visiting various review sites and public forums and decided on the Canon S1 IS being a camera to get me started off. Hopefully, I did not make a bad decision.
As a newbie, I'm eager to learn all I can to take decent pics for a start. I have also been reading up on some of the tutorials on the Net. Looking forward to interacting and learning from all you experts.
Some of you here may have seen my nick before, I am from CM which is linked to here. Actually, I've come to know of this great site from paradise with his posts of excellent looking pics.
Thank you for reading.
