I come across this page while looking up information for an indoor pond that I need to build for my stingray this summer.
She is about 4 years old right now and has drastically out grown her 90 gallon tank. My wife is going to let me build her a tank as soon as I get out of school for the summer and start working.
The pond will be about five feet by five feet and about two feet deep. The dimensions do not include two sides that will be rounded. I am going to finish the pond inside and out with small one inch travertine tiles grouted with epoxy. I have been trying to figure out if the epoxy will poison the water; everything I have come across says that it will not.
I will definatly take lots of pictures during the process for people to see.
I would like to find out alot more information on a good way to heat and filter the system.
I would welcome any constructive critasism
