Hello all,

My name is Peter and am a former professional aquarist with the National Aquarium in Baltimore. I am currently in Iraq and working PSD. I love marine fish (elasmobranch's, reef systems, groupers, and esp. Lookdowns), FW Elasmobranchs (i have some), cichlids (have some), Osteoglossids (have some), and Bichirs (have some). Also have a vast herpetological collection. Glad to be on this site and hope to get to know some of you.

I know it's dangerous in Iraq, but I have to ask.......Have you done any fish collecting?? I am curious to see what kind of fish they have there in that part of the world
