Well I pm Deathcurl about it. Others had posted about all venders are full but I do not see any place showing banners or any other materal for venders so are they still full?

BTW, not being a vendor doesn't prevent you from selling things. If you have something to sell, post it in the buy/sell section with the correct format and you should be good to go.
