i just got a fire eel does anyone know what i could keep in the tank with ? and do you know how fast their growth rate is thanks all

hello fire eels are preditory but not very aggressive so you could keep just about any thing that doesn't pick on the eel and doesn't fit in its mouth and of course they need to have the same water type
but they get about 36'' in captivity they can grow bigger in the wild and grow pretty fast i've seen one grow to 20'' in the first year
