My name is Kat. I like fish.
I started fishkeeping about 7 years ago, with a betta named Trill.
After he died, it took me about 4 years before I got another beta, named Trill the 2nd. Sadly he died just a few months ago, and was almost instantly replaced by Soto de Suave. He's in a 3g.
I have a turtle named Nelson, that I keep in a 55g with an oscar (Grouch) and two plecos (Paco and Jose).
I also have a 20g community tank that houses an Angelfish (Michael Angelo), Betta fem (Stella), Dwarf Gourami (Bubbles), Emerald Corycat (Skitzy), German Blue Ram female (unnamed), and two mollies (Lucky and Unnamed)
I have a 10g that is home to a Figure 8 puffer named Puff Daddy. And a 1g with his food (snails.)
None of my tanks are planted, although I wish to do some of that in the future. Along with converting my FW to brackish, which hopefully one day I will be able to handle a SW.
I don't get how people thing that fish are boring. Sure, you can't pet them, but they are better to watch than HBO! They have the coolest little personalities.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to posting on this forum a lot more. =]
