My 110 gallon started leaking and it's a small leak like a pin hole cause I can hold my finger over the hole and it will stop leaking. But my question is how should I fix it? Should I scrap just that part off or scrap that whole line off or scrap the whole tank and redo the whole inside? Let me know what y'all think.

Im assuming its a glass tank leaking through where the silicone is. If thats the case, youre only bet is to at least scrape off that entire bead, clean it down to the glass and put all new silicone down. I'd recommend doing the whole tank on the inside at least. If it failed in that one spot, theres no way of knowing where it may fail next.

Just remember silicone bonds much better to glass than old silicone, so whatever you do, remove all old silicone first.

If you ever have to reseal part of a tank you HAVE to reseal the whole tank new silicone will not stick well to old. So if you only do just the side youll eventually end up with a leak where the new and old silicone meet in the corner.

yup pop the trim off if you can using a razor blade and reseal the whole inside seems from bottom to top of the tank, make sure to get all the old silicone off first before you re silicone it. the put a small bead on the top of the tank you don't need a lot just enough to cause the trim to stay put and no water can wick around under it.

So even scrap to top bead around the inside of the tank wear the molding meets the glass on the tank??

You don't need to remove the top trim. But you do need to remove all the silicone. Just scrape all the silicone out from all the corners of the tank. Don't cut between the glass seams. Use several new sharp razor blades. I wipe the corners down with acetone before applying silicone, it removes any oil from your fingers. Use masking tape to set your seal width on the sides of the glass. Have a roll of paper towels on hand and more than enough GE silicone 1. I start with the side corners first. Apply a generous bead of silicone and wipe it with your fingers, spoon, sealant widget thingy, or whatever you choose. Just don't make it too thick over the tape, pull the tape after smoothing the corners while still wet, you will get nice sharp factory appearing corners. If you make it too thick it will leave a nasty edge when you pull the tape. You don't need to use tape around the bottom because you wont see it. Work fast and be prepared for the fumes. I would wait at least 3 days before filling the tank or longer if you can, just to be safe.
I just re-did my 150 and used 2 tubes of GE silicone 1. I bought the tank off craigslist empty, not knowing if it leaked. The silicone was peeling in the corners, so I cut it out and resealed.
