help.. 20g stock

im thinking of getting a 20g ..this is a big step for me haha...iv had alot of 10g even a 15 but never a 20...any suggestions on what i can house for live in it?

ps im not into fish like barbs or guppys or neons.

i have no idea what you said, but yes, their common names are buck toothed or saw toothed tetras. i prefer the latin names. helps make sure you get the right fish sometimes.

might want to check with your LFS. if they dont have them in stock they might be able to order them. or you could order them online. only thing is, these fish are very seasonal, and are only readily available for a short time during the year.

other then that, you dont have a lot of options that arent barbs/guppies/ or neons.

you could always go with dwarf cichlids (kribs/rams/apistos)

or dwarf puffers if you want to do a brackish tank.

DPs aren't brackish. They are 100% fresh.

i would love to do puffers..and i dont have a local petstore..unless wal-mart counts haha
