Hi, ive resced this 2 fish a few weeks ago from a neglected tank.before ive rescued them, they were colorful and looked healthy. a few days after , they started to lose color and weight. They eat and acive but keep losing weight. Im keeping the water very clean . parameters are 0,0,5 . thers filteration and the volume of the tank is 120L, they are seperated to 2 diffrent tanks. im also supplemnting them with vitamins and already treated with levamisole , prazi and epsom salt, with no improvment. its slowly getting worse..

Most fish will wash out over very white substrate to try to be inconspicuous in a new situation, looks like your substrate is.
So its not surprising they have lost color, if the tank they were in before had brown or a dark bottom
