IM about 80% sure its bloat but i wanted everyone's opinion on here first.
before i start turning into a psycho doctor trying to save this african.

Checked both ammonia + nitrate levels = perfectly fine
20% water changes weekly
All other fishes are doing fine EXCEPT the 1 african which has signs of
hiding, and spitting food back out been watching it about 2 days now.
feeding them baby pellets hikari gold. feeding once a day only all fishes are between 2-4inchs max
theres about 16 of them in a 125 gallon tank.

are these signs of BLOAT? or a parasite.

Is it bloated? And don't africans need mostly a veg diet? Protein pellets will cause bloat easily I think.

flakes?! flakes? i did some treatment with pima/mela did 30% water changes the one bloated looking fish is coming out of hiding.. now i gotta wait a bit long.. and see how she goes.. hopefully it won't spit out its food *cross fingers*
