Help, Anyone know what this is on my GAR

My Florida gar has this white purtruding bump on his side (by his gill) for a couple weeks now.. it went away and grew back 2 times already... anyone know what this is?.. i do 75% water changes every week and have a little salt in the water too..

looks like a small fungus development. add salt do the water changes then add salt again. keep the salt in the aquarium for a week after you notice it disappears

also bringing up the temps a lil warmer might help gars sometimes get the lymphocitus not sure if i spelled it right but usually warmer temps and salt and wcs help

thanks for the help.. i added salt, but now ill raise temp alittle..


I dont think its lymphocytes however , being that my gar is very active and seems healthy. (uncharacteristic of lymphocytes infected fish) from what ive read

... nothing has changed... but now he has 3 of the same white bumps on him... 2 grew on his back side and the 1 in the pic above is even with his gill.. what could it be? i cant find anything on line. any type of treatment. please help.. thanks
