About a week ago, my arowana started to become more and more listless. I moves slower and doesn't want to eat. I noticed it was odd since it wasn't scared of my hand in the aquarium.

I thought it was just full until a few days ago when it didn't even want to eat live shrimps or fish.

Now, it started to swim upside-down towards the bottom of the tank.

Mine is a juvenile I had for about 6 months now. I'm not sure how to help it.

Any suggestions? It's urgent!

It can be treatable if remedy applied quickly. Lower the water level to just above the height of the fish. Use a heater set at about 32c. Dose Epsom salt or sea salt at dosage of 0.2% to 0.3%. If need be prop the fish up with something to assist the fish. It will take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks. Use appropriate amount of BeFuran.

It seems to be getting worse now. Because of the swimming, its head is getting a lot of injuries. not only that, it moves slower now and much more unresponsive.

I seem to be unable to keep it propped up as suggested.

Don't have any befuran. The only thing available is "Hobie Fishes" pills in the fish shop.

Not sure if it can make it.

Does it need any bubbles or current?

Does not need current since the fish is already struggling to keep upright. Did you add the salt mixture and raise the temp? Did you lower the water?
