i have just bought a peacock or hap yesterday from my LFS and it has a mercury glaze on one eye. Need to know what to do or am i just worried for nothing.

If it is a cloudy eye it was probably due to injury... in that case i would put in the hospital tank and quarenteen {should do this anyway with all new fish} and add some aquarium salt according to directions.. pics would be give us better idea..
yes cloudy eye is a pita. Im dealing with it now from a new fish. Its my first experience with it, and i have the fish in a holding tank and is dosing maracyn, and melafix to see if that helps, im a couple days in, and no change so far. also im doing small daily water changes.
