Help!! baby channa pleurophthalma??

my friend just bought some baby channa pleurophthalma on fish store. at first they were both fine, but a few days later they die one by one .. whether the problem? whether the water temperature, acidity, or water? ..

i think my friend using a filteration water RO, and in the aquarium he used standar filter ..

Hi,

young pleurophtalma are often not very stable, and die for "no" reason.
Pictures of tank would help, what was fed, PH, water hardness, are not SOOO necesary.
